I walked in with a problem. My partner's car had suffered a puncture and while the rescue service did what they can, there was an issue with the lock bolts in that the key we had was destroyed by a garage that had changed the wheel previously.
At Perry's I was met by a guy who was immediately calm and welcoming, offering me coffee straightaway. The staff on the help desk resolved my questions within five minutes and offered two solutions.
Booked in, part ordered. Next day, after good communication, the service team called me and pointed out a few, other, issues like faulty light bulbs and a report on the tyres.
There was no hard sell, just good advice.
We picked the up car next day, all sorted and cleaned.
I haven't had this kind of service for a long time and we both would like to thank all the staff.

Very disappointing. Car in for annual service. Required ‘deep investigation’ as headlights not working. Potential bill £800+.  Took to my local family run independent garage instead. Total cost £20 to replace bulb. Thanks Perry’s!!!  NOT. #supportyourlocalindependentgarage

I recently purchased a 108 on a 4 year lease, it was a very proffesional and easy straightforward process. Stuart Trett, the salesman, was proffesional and very helpful. No fuss and free coffee and biscuits. Recommended!

I have just purchased a nearly new fiat 500 from Steve Bonney. He is a first class salesman, honest upfront and it was a pleasure doing business with him.
I arranged to purchase the car last week having viewed it on the internet, living some 5 hours away a great deal of trust was required on both sides, I was trading in my car. 
The deal was arranged with flexibility on both sides. I would highly recommend this saleman and dealership. Thanks Derek Bridger
