Just received my new GLA200 amg line exec from Marshalls in Portsmouth. Stu Trett was the guy who throughout the deal has been superb. He kept me informed on a regular basis and offered support if any of the links didn’t work.nCouldn’t fault the customer experience and well pleased with the new motor. Cheers Stu.
I went in today to purchase a new Mercedes. The lovely lady at reception was very polite and rang for a sales person to come and speak to me. David Bryant sales-executive wasted no time in coming to help me. Quickly he ascertained my needs, and found a car that suited my needs, wants and budget. He talked me through all of my options and was very understanding of my situation. After doing the numbers, we went for a test drive, where David, again, went above and beyond helping me with the the workings of the car and the benefits it provides for me and my lifestyle, which clearly shows that he listened to what I needed from the car. He made me and my girlfriend feel welcome at Mercedes and was extremely polite and friendly throughout. He was also very honest about the car and how certain features worked and how I needed to know these details.nAll in all, a great and professional experience from the team at Mercedes Portsmouth, specifically David. Thank you.
Purchased our C class from Dave Bryant. He could not have done enough for us. Dave went above and beyond by staying a little later with us on a Friday eve to ensure we were able to drive away with our car the same day. Dave instantly made us feel at ease with the whole process and wasn't pushy at all! Would definitely recommend purchasing from Mercedes in Portsmouth based on the amazing customer service we received.nnThanks Dave!
Personally wouldn’t recommend. Customer Service is nonexistent here. Can’t speak for all the staff but every staff member I spoke to just seems indirectly rude. Environmental doesn’t feel very friendly and the prices on anything whether it be a car, car part or service is just extortionate. Can definitely find the same cheaper elsewhere. Most likely will be nice to you if you are mega rich and will spend a lot of money with them.nnMost reviews on here currently look like brand new car owners so this is when the staff will be nice to you so you waste your money on a brand new car, if looking at approved used they pick and choose who to serve with good service. I am 20 years of age, they don’t give me the same service in comparison to what they would provide to a wealthy older person.nnI drive a 2020 C43 AMG, So I don’t go in to waste their time but by their service it seems like they don’t think I’ll buy anything so don’t give me the top service which I would expect if I'm looking to purchase a £40k+ car. Definitely returning back to BMW when I sell my car. Cars and Service from dealers is much better than Mercedes as a whole but especially Marshall in Portsmouth.nnAfter care is by far the worst thing. Went in to quote a dent repair and ended up waiting over an hour for someone to even see me. Just to take a picture to send elsewhere, which I never heard back from. Called multiple times and was told I will get a call back 3 times, which I never did. Ended up going elsewhere because of these absolute time wasters.nnWent in for an MOT a couple weeks later. I was late for my appointment by 30 minutes but I called prior and informed them that ill be late. But they seemed to get annoyed once I got there because apparently they never received my message as well as their system shows a different time for when my appointment should have been, which is not my issue as I showed my booking email. As said previously they waste hours of my time with no problem but if I am 30 minutes late which I informed them prior to even being late, it is an issue.nnOne person I cannot fault whatsoever is the lady at reception who I think is called Ellie. Was very kind, served me a drink and was very friendly with me, talked a lot and remembered me and stuff we talked about from a while a go which is quite hard when you see so many people daily. If she was in Sales, I would buy a car from her but not anyone else.
