I purchased a BMW 2 series from Snows, on entering I had a lot of what I believed to be some tricky questions regarding my current car and the steps I would need to take to purchase a new car, Luckily I had sales advisor Zoe Hughes dealing with my questions who was not only extremely knowledgeable she made me feel very comfortable and was very patient while she answered my many questions.nThe whole process was made simple with regular updates including videos of the developments of my new car.nI wouldn’t hesitate to use Snows again in the future, knowing that ill receive gold standard service.
Fantastic service from Snows Portsmouth and a huge thanks to Michael Taylor from Sales.nnWe got in touch via CarWow a few months ago and the Sales team were great too, got a fantastic offer on a new car with no haggling necessary and a very reasonable lead time for a new car. Other dealerships couldn’t get close on price and needed twice the time to deliver which was ridiculous. We then actually got our build moved up earlier, so the whole process took less than 3 months.nnMichael took over the sale a month before the car arrived, introduced himself and made sure we were all ready for the arrival of the new car. He even offered advice on privately selling our old car and looked things up for us, really going the extra mile in terms of customer service.nnWe are not local at all and Michael kindly picked us up from the train station on the day of the car collection. Super useful service as it would have been a pain to navigate public transport with our pram and car seat.nnNew car was absolutely flawless at handover. No swirls or scratches whatsoever, did mistake some wax and transport grease for scratches though but they rubbed off no problem. Rainy day really showed off the wax with tons of beading, can really tell it’s been detailed with some effort and care. Handover process was also very nice, done in a glass room with just your car, felt very special.nnOverall it’s been an amazing experience. Totally stress free and would 100% recommend a visit. You can tell this dealer is really proud of the M side of things with a used M5 touring, 1M and M2 CS on display for sale right on the middle of shop floor and 2 new M3s out front, plenty of customers turning up in their own M cars too. And hot chocolate as always with BMW dealers was superb.
From the moment I first made contact with Snow’s BMW at Portsmouth I have been really pleased.nIt lead to a meeting to discuss a potential order for a new car. Having never visited their site before I was happy with the friendly and professional manner of everyone I met. Resulting in me actually ordering a new car. Neal McGrath was my sales executive . I have nothing but the highest praise for Neal who has given me EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE throughout. He went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly.nTrue my car was delayed, as were many others. This was completely out of the control of Snow’s. The way Neal dealt with the mild disappointment was impressive, supportive and always helpful.nI took delivery of my new car last week and I couldn’t be happier. The car exceeds all my expectations and Neal has been outstanding. 11/10nI change my cars often and when I’m ready for a change my first point of call will be Snow’s BMW in Portsmouth without a doubt.nEvery aspect of doing business with them is five star.nThank you for the excellent service you have consistently offered. Purchased my first BMW today, the care and hospitality was the best I have experienced from any car dealership.nFrom our first meeting with Micheal Taylor we were struck with his politeness and particularly his patience he extended to my wife.nHis in depth knowledge of the car features and benefits was outstanding with clear explanation.nThe car is a dream to drive, very smooth and quiet benefits from BMW comfort packs which was just what we were looking for.nWe intend to exchange this car in a couple of years, hope to follow up on our next purchase with Michael.
