Purchased a used Corsa a couple of weeks ago from Bradley. He was very patient and helpful, making our experience all the more pleasurable and we were very pleased with the amount of time he spent helping us to get the right car. It was also the small things such as refreshments and greeting us by our car with umbrellas that helped to make the experience enjoyable. We didn't feel under pressure at any point and would definitely consider buying a car here again in the future and can highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a used car.

Visited the used car sales section, on arrival I found the customer waiting area to be clean.  They had a free self-serve hot drinks and cold drinks facilities, together with  on-the-wall entertainment to keep their customers alert. Within the sales office is provided a free Wi-Fi connectivity. The entrance to the used car sales office is wheelchair user friendly. Daniel - sales representative was professional and a friendly. That said I did not observe any high visibility disabled parking marked bays in the parking area.

On my arrival at Perry's Vauxhall Canterbury - used car sales office, I found the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. The entrance to the sales is compliant with commercial building regulations for wheelchair users and or disabled persons. Their waiting area is very pretty and attractive. They have a free Wi-Fi connectivity for their waiting customers, as well as they have a self-serving drinks area for their customers to help themselves. To keep their customers alert in the waiting area there is on-the-wall entertainment. My experience with Daniel, one of the sales representatives, was pleasant. He is well dressed and a softly spoken gentleman. His attitude was professional and friendly. That's to say he's a very nice man. I found Daniel to be an impressive young man - meaning he knows his business. Nice people to do business with. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service from the parts department. I almost didn't believe that I got so much help so quickly, this would never happen in other parts of the country like London. Special thanks to Debbie who sorted out my problem.
