Tracey and all the family and staff are truly excellent. I was somewhat surprised that that one person gave them a low review, for charging extra compared to a private sale! That is called business! They prepare all their secondhand caravans to a very high standard. And warrant them too. We did have a few hiccups with our caravan, but the team sorted them, kept in constant contact and went beyond the call of duty by even loaning us a caravan so as not to lose our week away ( Due to the manufacturer not supplying the parts quickly). I would and will use them again, it is rate to get good service these days, and at keen prices.

Preparing for our 6 week summer holiday, we bought a new awning, staff helpful and we got one second hand which was in excellent condition, which we set up easily. We also got a lot of "goodies" from their shop. With less than 4 hours before we left for France, the motor mover broke. We could not get the caravan off of the sloping drive without it, after calling several people who could not come out at such short notice, Canterbury caravans, mechanic was there within an hour, fixed the motor mover on the drive and it was only £75+vat. Great customer service.

Great service again from Canterbury Caravans. So good to deal with a company who puts their customers first and without fuss. I had a small fault with the electrics on our van - Tracey and Jason went above and beyond the call of duty to get it fixed quickly for us before our holiday. Highly recommended.

Purchased a caravan at the beginning of the year, travelled from Norfolk to view and eventually collect, the entire experience was excellent, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Without doubt I would recommend to people. It was my first ever caravan and I was helped all through the process. Tracey is excellent, the handover was really good and my mind was put at ease of how to set it up. I had a problem with the jockey wheel on my first trip away but this was replaced without a quibble. Thank you Canterbury caravans. Excellent service from start to finish.
