We received 5 star treatment from Tracy and all the team .3 weeks ago found a crack in back corner of caravan a week before we were due to go on holiday. Phoned Canterbury caravan s as unsure what to do it was no problem for them dropped down the next day . Phone call later in week to say caravan was repaired and serviced ready to be picked up definitely worth 5 stars Thank you everyone at Canterbury caravans Peter and Marilyn
Excellent Service. We recently had our caravan serviced by Canterbury Caravans and cannot praise their work and attention to detail highly enough. 'Jason' in particular did a very thorough job and left us safe in the knowledge that everything was not only up to date but also working correctly.
We have just purchased another lovely caravan from Tracey and the team at Canterbury Caravans. Fantastic service from start to finish, we got a great price for our part exchange, and our new caravan was prepared to a very high standard. The handover from Ashley was brilliant, really thorough. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Looking forward to to some great holidays. Highly recommended.
I’ve had my caravan serviced there - excellent, no fuss, no bother and very good service at a fair price. Months later I had to return with a minor issue, unconnected with the service, which was fixed in minutes and they refused to charge me. I certainly recommend them to all caravan owners.
We just brought our first caravan We had looked at several places Then found Canterbury caravans and Tracey No pushy sales.she just showed us what she had . Then left us to look We found exactly what we wanted. Came now to collection day. Ashley was fantastic showed us everything. He was so patient and a real nice guy. If I could give a million star's I would Brilliant service

Bought our Eldis Xplore from Canterbury Caravans in July. Very happy with it. The sales team were excellent. The handover was very thorough and any follow up questions I had were answered quickly. A team that not only sell caravans but know caravans well. Their after sales service was also first class. Will use them again when it's time to upgrade.
We visited Canterbury Caravans to view a caravan, we ended up finding 3 we liked. The staff helped us so much and did not rush us, we were left to view them in our own time but were on hand to assist. 3hrs later we found our perfect first Caravan. Two weeks later we arrived to collect our new to us van. It was spotless inside and out, the handover was very good showed us all we needed to know and made sure we were happy. The small but very well stocked shop had so many items and very reasonable price., but they also had used items for sale which is great as first timers. Big thank you Hazell & Malc
Picked up our new to us caravan today....Excellent service, detailed hand over, we were not rushed and all our questions were answered. Highly recommend. Would just like to say a big thank you to Tracey and the chap who did the hand over so sorry I can't remember his name we left feeling at ease and very happy with our purchase.
Went to buy some bits and pieces for our caravan, very helpful as ever
