My experience with Mercedes Canterbury was second to none, James helped me and was very informative throughout the whole process. I was able to secure my car and there was no pressure re ways to fund the vehicle. James was very cheerful, and very open in regard to the vehicle. James also sent me an 11 minute long video talking about the cars ins and outs and was very quick to respond and never left me out the loop. Thank you James for helping me with the purchase of my car, and thanks for working with me in order to get the car prepared and with the delivery. I would highly recommend James, and the Mercedes Canterbury team.
James, Olly and Sean have been extremely helpful from day 1. Patient with my questions and requests. They went above and beyond within reason to provide me with the best car experience. Thanks guys.
Customer Service Rebecca excellent. State of car when I collected horrendous, spent over 3k on repairs, the car is dirtier than when I dropped it off. I couldn’t be bothered handing the keys back and not accepting I don’t have the time. Pics of outside the inside was worse! Disgraceful. So this has lead me to check other things! £28 sunroof service, pics below! Now wondering what else I have been scammed out of. As for Richards reply, I can say 100% the sunroof was never touched, why? Because I know the release button is broken!! Also it says clean and lubricate? The bill specifies £28 for cleaning and servicing the sunroof, if you want I will publish a pic of the button, it’s located in the middle armrest! For final proof last two pictures
Ollie was brilliant in dealing with me, he kept me updated about the progress on my new car and listened to all my needs and expectations. He worked his majic in meeting my budget and personally i think he’s a really nice young man who will go far with your company. He’s a true asset to Mercedes canterbury. All the best mate.
The Mercedes experience for us was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We were looking for a hard SUV and the team could not have been any more accommodating with their help and advice. They weren’t pushy at all, were absolutely lovely and helped us to make the best decision for us. They were brilliant at letting us know our options, which included cars from other dealerships and also other makes and models. We went with Mercedes in the end, not only because of the quality of the cars but also, and perhaps more importantly, because of the quality of the service at Mercedes Benz Canterbury.
James Bean and rest of the team have been great to deal with, informative and courteous, and the post sales support has been very good. The car A250e is an excellent example for the year and a great price considering the relatively low mileage. Hope to buy my next car from Mercedes of Canterbury.
Excellent service, James B was especially helpful, answered all our questions and sourced us the perfect vehicle. Everyone in the lookers team we met were friendly and accommodating even to our large Dog who came for a quick visit. Having recently bought a car from Mercedes-Benz of Canterbury, I can honestly say that the customer service we received was outstanding. We dealt with Olly who went above and beyond to help us get the exact car that we wanted. We even put a deposit on the car before it had even arrived at the show room which is testament to how much trust we had put in Olly and he didn't let us down. He took the time to explain everything very clearly and the whole process was very efficient, and at no point did we feel pressured in any way to purchase the car or buy any add ons. The car itself was in excellent condition and we are very happy with it. Great experience from start to finish.
