This is an Halal restaurant. I can only give my review about the burrito. It was really really niceee. We didn't eat there, but their customer service was good and got my order on time. My nephew loved their chips and chicken nuggets. Their chicken wing was niceee too. A 4.5/5 I would rate this place.
Great place to get some amazing food. Staff were really nice and helped recommend a meal as it was my first time here definitely not my last. This place was really clean too. Food came really quickly and was delicious. The chicken was flavourful and succulent. Will definitely be coming to eat here again when back in Southall!
*HEALTH HAZARD* ordered a lemon and herb burger takeaway. I opened my burger to add the garlic mayo sauce to find a metal stapler pin inside. I was really upset if I hadn’t opened my burger I would’ve shocked on that!!!!
Amazing experience. I ordered chicken with spicy rice and chose the hot option. The flavouring was amazing and I am currently eating and enjoying the meal. Their peri fries also taste amazing. I received everything I ordered and delivery was also on time. Definitely recommend this place and I will be ordering from here again!
I’ve ordered twice from this place and they’ve let me down both times. First time my food was completely burnt. The chicken wings & whole chicken was burnt and so were the fries. I thought I’d give it another go so I did. I ordered at 1:05pm on pepes app and it’s 2:13 and my order isn’t here. Every time I call the shop they make different excuses. The guy on the phone said the drives tire broke due to rain. It’s taken them over an 1 hour to even h t my meal to me and he didn’t seem to care. I feel like they take ubereats orders more seriously because ubereats wouldn’t let me mess around. Otherwise their own private customers they don’t care about. The manager mehmood needs to sort this out asap! Franchise opportunities shouldn’t be given to useless people that can’t handle them. Absolutely disgusting!
Great food but very dodgy business operations. On one occasion we ordered online, payment was taken and we never got our order delivered. We turn up to the shop to enquire and they say they have no record of our order even with proof in our app and the money gone through. On another occasion using Deliveroo, we selected 'Large 7up' which costs £1 extra charge, then they gave us a small can of 7up instead with no refund of the difference. They have done this on two occasions, so its not a mistake trying to purposefully steal peoples money even though they can see the order states for a 'large bottle' and not a regular can. Be very wary about ordering online from them and always get refund within 24hours from the delivery website.
Alright so my first wife Linda came yesterday with the kids Martin and Michael and we decided to get some late night munch…. We decided to call pepes at 11:00 but they never answered. Believe me guys I have faced rejection before multiple times but this is the first time I have never received an answer when trying to get one twice… absolutely ashamed! The food was great tho
Well cooked chicken. Ordered mega deal which includes 2 whole chicken as takeout but whilst taken home, the four legs/thighs were replaced by wings and breast pieces only. Counted 19 nineteen small wings when it should have contained just four wings parts. Very disappointed in front of my guests. I tried calling several times on their phone but said “mail box full “. Shame on them for their dishonesty
Me and my cousin and sisters are minors and we were treated so rudely in southall pepes and the person who we were ordering to anwar was already annoyed for whatever reason at us and decided to make unnecessary comments like ‘this is a machine’ ‘slow down’ but not in a polite way AT ALL. I would give it 0 stars but thats not possible so I give it a 1. Then he became agitated and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner whilst explaining the different spice levels proceeding to roll his eyes and get upset if we did not know the types of chicken. All in all this could have been swiftly avoided if he had maintained a calm work-like manner when he had become upset before.
Ordered online through the pepes website. Waited a hour and a half and the food didn't turn up and no option to find your order for a update. I drove up to the shop and the man claims the shop is too busy to deliver the food and it was just sat in the corner, stale along with other orders. Why take orders for delivery if you can't be arsed to deliver it. The state of the staff are disgusting and the shop is filthy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DUMP
