Very bad appalling service. Potions not very generous. Waited for my food for good 15 minutes. Didn't get what I had ordered. Spoke to waiter. Thought he will bring back what we wanted but nothing. Waiting for 20minutes. Asked long it will be, the manager said he assumed that we were eating what was on the table. He did apologise. Service is terrible.

Mediocre food. Zero atmosphere. Over, over priced. Check menu for prices before ordering. A lassi for £3.95. Outrageous. I would not step into this place ever again.

Bad quality food. I had ordered a samosa chaat and the samosas were soo hard that I couldn’t break the samosa. I called the waitress and she gave me a knife. Even with the knife it was hard to cut through the pastry. Called another waiter and he said it will break and walked off. Went to the boss and complained about the food. The boss started to give stupid reasons. He said that’s the way it is and people come from far to have these samosas. I have had samosa chaat from southall many times but at Rita’s was my first and last time. The boss or people working there had no manners of apologising for the food not to be right and giving stupid reasoning. They were not polite and were as bad as the food. If you want to waste your money go to rita’s And if you want a nice chaat go to spice village or chandni chawk.

Tried a Masala Dosa and it came out to be very delicious, the masala was great, I would have given 5 star if the Sambar was nice
