Completely useless. You can't get an appointment for love or money. Bath Street is fully booked. I now have to go to Widnes walk in centre or A&E in Warrington. A total shambles. Get a grip.

Possibly the worst practice in the North of England, Despite handing them a prescription with 96 hours notice, they still fail to have it prepared in time. The receptionist are the most rude people I have ever had the misfortune of speaking too.

I dont believe that this practice deserves any rating. 83 year old waiting out in the rain before 8.30 to be told there are no available appointments with a doctor. A letter from a consultant to ask the gp to give a patient a prescription takes 2 weeks to move from the front desk to a doctor's desk for patient to collect. Clearly the gp's in this practice don't know what's happening in their own practice. It doesn't help the sick patient either when the receptionist aren't friendly or empathetic towards the patients. Think they need a course in customer service. If they don't like the job move jobs.

it is easier to book an appointment with god than book into this place, mainly because you'll be dead by the time you even manage to book an appointment, especially if you have a job. Seriously it would to faster to get a flight somewhere and practice tribal medicine. Shame I can't give it less than one star

Not worth a star appointments are virtually impossible to get i have now waited 7 working days to have a prescription signed by a GP total waste of time telling the receptionists as there is nothing they can do. Its a shame they dont have surgery league tables to compare surgeries in a given area ,or government inspectors to hold practice managers to account absolutely woeful service . then again Lloyds chemist next door must be grateful because any more than 2 customers and your looking at a 20 minute wait another woeful service pity you have to give any stars to get a post
