I have been a patient for nearly 10 years and the service has gradually got worse and worse. There are not enough staff taking calls which leads to a lengthy process of having the telephone system hanging up when no one is available or putting you through to a line which is never answered. I have spent over 30 minutes in the past trying to get through. This is an issue which occurs at any time that you call. Getting an appointment can be an issue but i suspect that this is better now than in the past considering how many patients have left. I have also recently been given incorrect information about test results which caused me two weeks of illness and pain over Christmas. I have made a complaint to NHS England- even the complaints process was incorrectly explained by reception staff! Appalling, do not recommend.

Don’t even deserve one star!! Trying all day to get through and keep getting their silly recording!! No phone cue just have to put the phone down and ring back!!!
