Our 4,200 staff treat over 500,000 patients a year from our two hospital sites - and in the community as well.

Products

A full range of hospital care services - from Audiology to X-ray. Warrington is our largest site and where our main medical and complex care services are based. Halton General Hospital in Runcorn specialises in routine surgery. Also at Halton is the Cheshire and Merseyside Treatment Centre - our home for first class orthopaedic care. Both sites provide full outpatient services and diagnostic services.

Cannot thank the staff on B11  children's ward enough tonight. They were fantastic! Both the nurses amd doctors were lovely with our little girl. Nothing was too much trouble. We are so lucky to have such fantastic people working in the NHS. Thank you.

The NHS as an institution does just fine if given the resources it needs.  Many of us would not be here others wise.  First day as a newby took 7 hrs, day two, feet did not touch the ground.  I was done in an hour. Processed meds  the lot.      Well done you. and thanks.  ( ps the lady doctor who treated me was really really hot.)

Would never go back...
My Advice do not go there drive 10mins to a Manchester hospital where you will be treated with dignity and respect staff are all correctly trained. Unlike warrington!

Please don't  come to this A &E if you are old. Staff treated my 94 yr old granmother appauling, no empathy  or compassion. you call yourself caring profession

It's the car parking arrangements that frustrate me.  I've never seen a car parking system as complicated as the one at both the Warrington Hospital and the Halton Hospital sites.  It seems they have been designed to confuse us.  First: You pay on the way out, but you have to GUESS the time you've been parked and hence how much you pay.  Second: the machines are not straight forward, there are always patients and visitors asking each other what to do at the car park payment machines. Third: You must then retain your tiny little car park ticket for future reference just in case you guessed your time wrong - and how long you need to keep the ticket is another GUESS.  Please improve this silly system....going to hospital is stressful enough without having a unique car park system that is confusing.
