I have been registered with this practice since it opened. I love this surgery. The receptionists are always warm and friendly. Dr Whitenburgh is fantastic and always goes the extra mile. He is a credit to his profession.

Today I tried to join the centre and I was greeted by at the start an immensely rude woman who was small in stature age in her 60’s and overweight. I do apologise for the description but she was absolutely horrid. She was very abrupt with myself and patronising with two European people who came in probably is a racist. She said that I should take everything home to read it before filling the application form in to join. That has nothing to do with her. When I had filled it all in and I handed it to her, it was like a teacher marking my work. She tried to rip me to bits over what I had and hadn’t filled in. Instead of being respectful and supportive as she should be. I said it’s okay I’ll leave it and walked away from the situation as her negative energy was starting to effect me and I could tell that she was in fact a control freak. She hated this and raised her voice and said “excuse me? Don’t you want this?”, I am glad I walked away I will not be abused by an NHS member of staff, she was playing mind games. She shouldn’t be working with people. I hope that she endures karma as she is a horrid person. Good riddens. I have just received back a rejection email stating that this review cannot be published on their own website as it may be seen as offensive by staff and patients. Please I’d urge anyone to read the google reviews of the centre as they are truthful and accurate, whereas their NHS website will not publish the truth, disgusting. They are in the wrong not me, I didn’t even get an apologie nor that they’d look into it. If I was you I’d go elsewhere.

Registered in this place been allocated to Doctor Whitenburgh, this guy is a joke. To make the stories short I had recently two incidents whit ambulance doctors, I had raised hearth beats and lost of breath called the ambulance they came did a check and conclusion anxiety or panic attacks they advised me to go and investigate this further to a GP. As I told already did all procedures and went to see a GP. I enter his office I took a seat on my on he didn't ask anything like my name at least or I don't know something, anyway I hand him over my papers left behind by the ambulance doctor he briefly look and saw on the first line anxiety word gave the papers back and recomand me to see a psychological doctor because is nothing he can do. Just to make clear in all this time I was detailing him how was my condition then and how I feel now he not even bother listening. He was a step away from kicking me out of his office. Guy a terrible joke for a doctor shouldn't be in that position. I am stunned by the approach and how he dealt whit the situation. I book for tomorrow to see a GP at a private clinic, I'll never go in this place.

The Doctor here will not do home visits to elderly people who are housebound.
