Would give zero stars if Google let me. They don't answer phones, almost impossible to get a face to face appointment, seem to not care at all about patients, even those seriously ill. AVOID like the plague. If you had the plague they'd still ignore you.
Very impressed with the swift and personal service provided by my GP Dr Singh and the receptionists. I've been registered for over five years, have a few health issues and fully recommend them.
In the past few months they had failed our family entirely. My daughter has been in hospital And for 2 weeks since remains poorly, we have been refused back to see the gp for a check up and sent us to a pharmacist. Despite the hospital advice to return to the gp if she doesn’t improve. My husband has been having varying strengths of chest pain for over two months now, first he was told to go to A&E despite not being in pain at the time of the call, then when finally spoken to by the GP told it was muscular. Despite him insisting he hasn’t done anything strenuous to cause it, that the pain comes and goes and is sometimes sharp, he’s a young healthy man. I find it baffling the GP would not want to see him to review this. Finally I have been suffering anaphylactic symptoms since 2020 now despite me continuously insisting it wasn’t asthma I was told it was. It took for my entire face tongue and throat to well up for them to consider it wasn’t asthma, I am in the process of being referred around different departments yet despite worsening conditions and repeated asking I have yet to be issued an epi pen. It’s simply not good enough.
Never give you an appointment always say call at 9 or 2 then you cant get through at that time. When i got through at 2.05 they say no appointments left. Had a appointment and is now 30 minutes past my time and still waiting to be seen !!!!!! Very bad service
My previous GP surgery receptionists smile amidst high pressure over the pandemic time which was a great medicine before seeing the doctor. But Causeway Medical center is not very helpful. Not even a smile from the receptionist! She sounds like patients have come to rob her! Adam was helpful indeed and the doctors too. Unfortunately I have to give this rating because one dead fly spoils the scent and make it stink!
I've had a lot of GP's - after living in different parts of the UK and can honestly say Dr Ravi is one of the best. He takes his time to explain health issues and treatments - which is great for putting patients at ease. Also when I needed referrals twice - the appointments were booked very quickly.
We've been at the causeway medical centre for 16 years. Dr Ravi is one of the best Doctors around. Takes time to listen and explains medical advice clearly and with genuine care. Office staff are very helpful particularly Chris
Very difficult to get through to on the phone, repeat prescriptions aren't fulfilled after online requests..it used to be a good little surgery. The GPS and staff here are all friendly and easy to talk to. Im considering changing GP as I havent had my prescription filled for a few months and can't get through on the phone
Left this doctors five years ago I would not recommend it . No compassion whatsoever .
Worst surgery we've ever been with. Extremely unhelpful, rude and impossible to speak to over the phone. Been trying to get through for over 3 days regarding my daughters injections. Ridiculous!
