I was urged by my specialist to find a new GP due to fears of unsafe practice. As you can imagine this is a terrifying thing to be told about your Doctor, who you have to trust to have your best interests. Whilst I found the head Doctor Dr Kumar rude I never expected to be told it was unsafe to remain a patient, especially by a specialist. I later found my experience was not unusual and several other patients experienced similar issues. The main complaint my specialist neurologist gave was dangerous practice, and then giving three separate stories as to why this happened. Again I never expected to be told by my specialists that they had serious concerns about the conduct of Dr Kumar, to the point where I believe they are reporting him to the medical board. I'm at a new GP now, one approved by my nureologist but I still can't believe just how dangerous dr Kumars practices were.

Staff are superb however my Dr is far from it. Yesterday (12/03/18) i had an appointment at 10:10. I turned up to my appointment 30minutes ahead of time, at around 10:10 the reception lets me and 4 people in front of me know that Dr Kumar is running late and is stuck in traffic he will be around 10-15 mins. Lets just say he was an hour and half late for my appointment. When i walked into his room he said ''Thanks for waiting'' obviously i was not impressed as there was no explanation at all to his lateness, i explained i have taken time away from my business so i dont want to talk waffle i just want him to get on with his job, to which he said ''please dont talk to me like that i am not a car wash man i am your GP, i am a Doctor'' to which i said ''You are no better than anyone else, i am raised to talk to people equally, your status as a Dr makes you no better than anyone else'' he started to back track telling me he did not intend his comment to come out like that, however in my opinion he seemed a little bit full of himself, i also came to a conclusion that he is regularly late as no other doctors wanted to see his patients and as we all know there is always one person in a work place that cant manage their time and yes you help them out but eventually you get fed up of this. The fact he didnt apologise or offer an explanation then used his status as a way of portraying he is better than a car cleaner tells me enough about his character. I hope he reads this and i look forward to seeing him again. I have given this a 2 star, its a shame because the receptionist's are great at their jobs, and its one bad egg that ruins it for them all, i feel even they are fed up of covering for this Dr.

I take my partner to this practice, usually after work. They offer late evening and Saturday appointments which has been a godsend for someone like myself. I have had nothing but the very best of care from the team at the practice. I and my partner can also speak to a doctor or a nurse on the phone and do not need to waste my time and go in each time I need to discuss my medical condition. I really do not understand what demands the individuals have made from the practice to post the negative reviews that I note on this site. This is a good GP practice and they offer the best of the NHS from excellent new facilities from 2 convenient sites.

Appalling service levels, I get a phone call to say I need more tests as they have found something wrong but won't tell me what it is. I have to make a telephone appointment to speak to a Nurse Practitioner to find out 4 days later. They refuse to specify a time and when they called I was on another call so rang back within 2 minutes to be told I need to make another appointment as I have now missed my appointment . Absolutely shocking service. They treat their patients with no respect. or compassion. Is it so wrong for me to ask what is wrong with my test results, what it is they are looking for etc. I was told that the system doesn't allow me to find out immediately. In other words patients don't matter. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT SURGERY IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT THIS ONE.... I would put no stars but it won't allow me

I have stayed at several places in warrington and thus experienced other services and have a good comparison point. I'm not just impressed but short of words for the kind of services received here. Every single time I called at 8.30 am I got a same day appointment . Every single time my family's medical condition was accurately diagnosed and cured immediately. Dr Rajkumar is someone who got my husband well from gastro in 2 days and we could go for a planned vacation to Disney.i have also experienced other doctors Dr.khan and a british lady doctor( sorry can't recollect her name )they are so good! ...there were times I did not have to mention anything ..my history was at their finger tips!! I'm surprised at the negative reviews but understand not always such fantastic doctors maybe fantastic...even they may have a 99.99 percent efficiency or personal touch and they are human. And not everyone logs in to share a good review.But my experience has been good...every single time...without exception.
