We had a one night stay hear but wish it had been 2, it was over way to quickly. Accommodation was coasy and spotless with all mod cons. There's a speaker built into the ceiling that you can play the radio or Bluetooth through via a gadget on the wall. Also the TV has a fire stick but unfortunately the Internet speed wasn't quick enough to run off but I'm sure it usually does. Overall it's a great place and will definitely be visiting again
Spent 3 nights in early September here in our campervan. Quiet site, very close to canel and the town. Very tidy site with spotless toilet block. Angie the warden was more than helpful as was her partner who was always busy on site. Thanks for a great stay and will definitely be back. Colin and Chris.
I can't fault this site what so ever!! Currently spending 4 nights here. If you have a average size motorhome and caravan you should have absolutely no problem what so ever to get on site! The facilities are immaculate and up to date with how modern the toilets, showers are, very clean and tidy! Yes the is only one shower in the men's but to be quite fair it's a little quite, very relaxing site and I've had no problem getting a shower...... Most importantly the owners are very welcoming and a friendly, can't fault it it in any way!!!!
Nice little site little being the predominant word . This site due to access is not suitable for 8ft wide twin wheelbase caravans. Warden Angie is lovely. And thanks to a very helpful caravanner, we were able to get out of the site without any damage to the van. Ideally located and a pretty little site, just beware of the entrance!
Lovely site, we really enjoyed our 4 night stay, facilities very clean. Angie the site Manager very welcoming and helpful. We will defiantly return.
Quite adult only site with basic facilities. Owner helped out with our friends flat battery supplying jump leads. Ideal location for Llangollen town with nice walks along canal in either direction. Will recommend to friends. Only one toilet cubicle and one shower in the men's toilet but wasn't an issue. Ladies have two toilet cubicles and one shower. Very quiet site but a bit of road noise from passing motorbikes.
The site for me was great spotlessly clean quiet relaxing atmosphere fronted by Ang the warden who instantly makes you welcome giving you valuable information about the site and the location We will unmistakably be back loved it Location is second to none 7 minutes walk along the canal into the town Llangollen which is beautiful. Plenty of pubs & eating out places to visit Enjoy a beer sitting on the decking at the corn mill watching the white waters crashing around the rocks and the traditional railway in close view
Such a lovely wee site ! Spent a long weekend and enjoyed beautiful walks along the nearby canal , and only a short walk in the town too. The site was quiet and restful, the facilities tidy and clean. Will certainly be making a return visit !
Great location and lovely site would definately recommend. We have stayed here a few times when visiting Llangollen in our motorhome. Paul and Verna
Site very clean tidy, but not user friendly for Motorhomes or caravans as there are uncut trees on the site, that high vehicles cannot pass without scratching the sides, mentioned this to Manager but still not cut, as there are only six touring pitches I don’t think they bother. All the rest of the caravans are seasonal.won’t be going back.
