A bit of trouble with the customer service, our hot tub wasn't working when we got there and we were unable to find any staff to ask about it. Beautiful park though, and the lodges are amazing. Not a lot around except for a playground, but it's very relaxing and the mountains and sheep are cool.

Nice place to go for a quiet weekend. The hot tub was nice however the wifi which they charge you for is non-existant so don't bother. The parasol was broken and the shower had duck tape on it. This could be overlooked as the place was clean. The town is close by and quite nice with a few places to eat out. The place is dog friendly and the hot tubs are lovely!

The place was lovely to be honest, we went here for a Hot Tub Weekend and to Climb Snowden. What did spoil it was the the customer service at the park. When we arrived we noticed the lid to our hot tub was smashed to pieces, we found a heap of polystyrene in the hot tub which we had to fish out with a net all weekend before we got in it. Because the lid was completely smashed the rain was being captured in huge pools on it and when we had to lift it off it was a struggle and we were getting soaked! We reported this and a very kind gentleman came and did the best he could. We then had the reception round to inspect it and said she would speak to a manager about it and possibly offer us something. Since then we have not heard a thing, they said we would be called the day after which never happened. Because that happened I am now reporting other issue's since they couldn't be bothered to get back in touch. Lodge 29...if you get assigned this lodge we found that the hall light was broken, never worked all weekend. The master bedroom light had a cable hanging from it, the parasol outside was collapsed and snapped so we couldn't use it. Also, the provided glasses to drink from in this place are child like...literally, no pint glasses so we were drinking from tiny glasses all weekend. Its a lovely place but certainly not £300 for the weekend good, the service was very poor and we don't expect to be given a fishing net for the weekend to scoop out polystyrene from the hot tub. We go to these places to relax and to be having to put up with this type of thing is very frustrating. Staff need to follow up on their word. No customer services is bad customer services. A real shame really.
