Would highly recommend! Margaret and Penny were lovely, the room was laid out perfectly. I loved the conversion from the stables, it gave the room lots of character. The breakfast was 10/10, and lots of it too with someone popping in frequently to enquire as to whether you needed a top up of tea, juice and toast so you wouldn't be leaving hungry! And to top off the whole experience, the model railway they have on site was quite astounding! A lot of time and effort has gone into that and margaret and Penny seem happy to run it for anyone weather permitting. The accomodation is primed in a good location too. Not much more than a half hour drive to anywhere of interest. Should I be looking to go on holiday around that area in future, I will highly likely be seeking a room here again.

Stayed for 3 nights when i did a charity trek up mount snowdon. Had a wonderful time and a beautiful cooked breakfast every morning.
Fresh bed sheets everyday with tea, coffee and milk topped up every day.
Amazing views to take in around the lake.
Was just perfect.

Nice accommodation, friendly owners and a good breakfast!  Located centrally  in Snowdonia. Good base for your exploration of North Wales.

Our church group stayed there for a weekend and had a great time! The hostesses were really friendly and even ran the amazing model trains for us one morning. Very quiet and out of the way venue but within driving distance of enjoyable places too. We hope we might go again some day.
