BRILLIANT. I was the kind of fussy customer who provided a list of tasks for the shop to complete. Every task was done as expected, the engineer spent time with me when I collected my bike to explain what had been done, and the bill was significantly less than I had expected. I'll use this shop again without any doubt. Thank you.

What can I say every time I have used them they have been fantastic and efficient, getting my bike on the road again as quick as possible, and in my opinion very reasonable on parts and labour, the only bike shop I use in Abingdon

Went in and asked for a recommendation on a new saddle. Was given one that wasn't just the most expensive as some shops might recommend but was a big improvement on what I had. Helped to fit it and was back out and on the bike within ten minutes. Plus was told that if I tried it and it wasn't right to bring it back and they would exchange it for another one only having to pay the difference which seemed more than fair. Absolutely can't fault the service and from a quick look round everything seemed well priced as well. Chris

Great attitude. Great service. Put the high end bike shops in the area to shame. Highly recommended. I'm a road cyclist.

These are a great bunch of guys who are passionate about cycling and it shows! They've serviced my bike, put new parts on it and even given it a thorough cleaning--every time the work is done on time, to spec and at a reasonable cost. A brilliant local bike shop.
