This is why I don't buy bikes online . You might save a few pounds , but if your bike developes a problem then you can quickly lose what you've saved in a second . My frame cracked on my Trek MTB and I took it back to MM to see my options . I dropped it off last thing weds and got a phone call on Thursday saying that Trek have already issued a frame replacement. 10/10 mountain mania and Trek . I have been using Mountain Mania since they opened there original stop on the Broadway and they have Always provided a 1st class service . I would have no hesitation in recommending them . Support your local bike shop .

I called them up and a very helpful polite man helped with some advice.. only regarding an inner tube, I was informed they had the size my son needed and bring the wheel down we will have a look at the tyre for you. So im thinking excellent nice people I need to buy my partner a bike soon, result and my partner and Son went to get the new inner tube. However I was less than impressed to find out that they do not have the correct inner tube for the bike though did offer to fit a slightly smaller one for us as " that'll be fine " then and only at the point of check out do they add a charge £7 something for the two minute job of fitting which had not previously been mentioned. Trust lost .. I will buy elsewhere as a result..

Top guys, excellent service and very friendly. Had bike serviced and collected today. Very highly recommened thankyou mountain mania see you again 👍

Decent bike specialists, helpful and inviting. The store has plenty of nice bikes on show and a decent amount of components that are commonly needed and/or looked for.
