Absolutely awful service. After doing some research,went into the Didcot store to see what stereo I could have fitted to my car, I said I would like a double din stereo. The very unfriendly assistant told me it wouldn’t fit. After persuading her to at least look at the car she said that my Clarion head unit was a cheap Chinese import and no it wasn’t double din! Not only was she rude but also wrong as now 2 days later I have a Pioneer double unit which incidentally fitted straight in with no adapting plates or anything thing Very disappointed!!!

It’s a small Halfords but the staff were friendly and helped me find what I needed.

The bike department were excellent with me today. Really helpful and very reasonably priced. Would recommend

Made a reservation to be sure what we wanted would be there. We were told it would take a couple of days. We arrived after the time we were told and the product was not there. They could have called to tell us that would be the case or made some effort to get it to us without further inconvenience but clearly haven't thought to. Really disappointing service.
