Not an inviting place to visit. It didn't look clean from the outside. The shop windows were dirty and the place locked due to Covid19 lockdown situation. There was no markings for distance between people or anything. Some A4 sheets lobbed onto the window. Just said - do not enter in so many different ways. For a public service announcement there was not enough information.
I sat my test here and passed. Wasn't a pleasant experience though, l wouldn't go back to this particular centre if i needed too and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. As others have said the male receptionist is rude ignorant also the woman at the computers was just as rude and flapped her hand in my face dismissively as i left. The male receptionist snatched the pass notice back off me aggressively for no reason. Unnecessary its hardly rocket science why not get people who are pleasant and professional?
The 'Manager' of this place think his name was Michael is a rude individual and needs to learn the Law of this Country. My daughter was sitting an exam this morning and has a medical condition which exempts her from wearing a face mask. She ADVISED them of this and they insisted on her wearing it stating it is company policy. PLEASE BE ADVISED, the Law comes first before your company policy as does people's health. The 'Manager' is an irresponsible, arrogant individual who needs to be trained by your company about the Law of this country re face masks and not insist on it to the detriment of someones health. We are intending to take matters further and will be writing to this company formally.
Passed my test here. Nice building. A bit extreme having to remove things like a jumper & necklace then be checked again before entering. Not very considerate about covering up head scarring from injury. Male receptionist is a bit rude & very cheeky. Medical conditions & reasons for covering medical scarring need to be considered.
Absolutely shocking and unbelievable start getting believe marking has issues every time you get 42failed and people who passed from other center mentioning won't pass in dundee center change the center and see the difference.
Ladies and gents here are great and very accommodating we're brilliant with my today for my LGV theory Covid signs and arrows and sanitisation Station s around and very well maintained and clean. Enjoyed today. Thanks again for every thing
Staff extremely rude! . I have a medical card for toilet use and was humiliated when questioned about it then reluctantly given the ok to use disabled toilet afyer being told there was public toilets in rhe centre a bit away. Upsetting experience, horrible man disinterested receptionist!
Ladies working there were lovely, great example of customer service! Made the testing process comfortable and put me at ease!
Understandingly the staff are serious and abiding by their rules. However, male receptionist is extremely rude to the point i felt like leaving. Very intimidated
My son turned up after waiting 3 months only to find the centre closed. Nothing to say why it’s closed and no contact. Absolute shambles
