First time in a Job Centre since 1980, expected the worst but they were great. Elaine and Prash were helpful and friendly.

Doesn't even deserve one star. Don't normally name and shame but a staff member called Kerry spoke to me in a very rude way, and had a terrible attitude. Quite a few of the members of staff clearly don't take pride in their attitudes at work and are rude. Had to go here to apply for a job as it was advertised here and the staff didn't have a clue how to speak to people like a human being. This jobcentre is a disgraceful establishment. I complained to the manager about how I was treated and I spoke to him, he practically said "Can we say this dispute is solved now?" And that was it, there was no resolving of anything. Some of the staff seem to act like it's some sort of joke and sit around on their fat backsides doing f all. These jobcentres should be shut down and a whole new system needs to be put in place because this current system IS NOT working.

This is my first in a job centre in 5 years. This one Staff wasted my time, had to go more than three times for the same appointments and only to find out my claim is now closed, why I don't know. People should remember that you never know where you will find yourself tomorrow through no fault of your own, and the fact is you still have bills to pay or you get in deeper mess.

Only got one star cuz couldn't give none there the most unhelpful people around don't care ab9ut you the only care about their targets!

poor service by poorly qualified staff, they don't really care about you or the work you do and espacially do not give a monkeys if you have a health condition which limits your capabilities to work, they treat the public like scum and think everyone is a drug addict who only wants a quick fix i am fed up of public service workers being so vile towards people who try their best to find jobs we are all not lazy time wasters who dont want to work some of us have had well over 200 interviews in addition to this the mandatory work fare slave labour is rubbish and don't forget the sanctions for not filling in your diary the way they want you too sorry but the diaries are lame and are no real help especially when you find out you are always applying for the same jobs again and again, also the out of date vacancies are pathetic on their job points or the non existent ones too
