I have entrusted MBE Dundee time and time again for their expertise in shipping large and/or important parcels to the USA and within the UK. The professionals there have an extensive knowledge of which couriers are the best to use in every scenario, and do a brilliant job in making sure that waybills and customs declarations are correct. They are also nice people! I highly recommend their offices located in both Dundee and St Andrews.
Extremely disappointed with the service at this printing shop. The staff member was unhelpful and dismissive. When I needed assistance with resizing a photo, he insisted I do it myself on the computer. Meanwhile, two other customers walked in, and he promptly got up to assist them, even printing their documents for them. I was left feeling ignored and frustrated. Would not recommend this place for anyone seeking helpful and customer-friendly service.
We had four paintings with a huge sentimental value, that we needed to ship from the UK to the USA. We were referred to MBE and met with Grant, who after us sharing the details, suggested a custom crate with priority shipping. After numerous issues with Fedex, the paintings arrived in Texas. During transit, Fedex had managed to crack the entire front of the crate despite it being covered in Fragile signs, and I thought for sure there would be damage. Thankfully, Grant and team had done a fantastic job of lining the interior with polystyrene, with the paintings also individually wrapped in paper and bubble wrap. They all made it intact! Would highly recommend the MBE team in Dundee!
I wish I'd found this place earlier! After being let down by three different delivery companies, MBE took on an urgent parcel for me and managed to get it to where it needed to be, when it needed to be there. Absolute life-savers!
On October 2, 2020 I won two items in an auction in Dundee. I contacted MBE Dundee about picking them up and shipping them to North Carolina USA. The process went so smoothly/ When the packaged arrived November 13, 2020 I was amazed... the care the paintings were wrapped and padded was above the way I have received painting from the UK before. The staff at MBE Dundee are great, communication was quick and clear and the follow up was great. MBE Dundee is a 10! Thank you so much for taking such good care of the paintings.
