Rude male security guard searching females ALONE. It should me same SEX searches totally not appropriate but what more can be expected from the government's favourite crooks G4S. When he was asked if there was a female to carry out searches he said no and got really rude. He accused me of being nasty to him after I asked him if he could please not speak to me the way he was by saying I was having a go at him My friend asked to see his SIA badge which was also hidden under his shirt then he pulled it out and just about leaped over the counter shoving it in her face. SIA BADGES SHOULD BE VISABLE. He also takes personal details also not acceptable. This is not good for sexual abuse victims or for women who have had a hard time with men being violent towards them. I have severe mental health issues and this was a very frightening experience for me. I have no problem with same sex searches but opposite sex is a no no. When my friend and I complained to a clerk she was very rude and said there was nothing wrong with his attitude, backed him up saying she was present during his interaction which is lies she wasn't even there. Once other people started coming in to the room they also told us they were giving a bad attitude by mister I think I'm a hard man. Also when sitting in the waiting room we heard the reception staff having a giggle with each other about the situation and discussing it loudly by this time my friend and I were very upset and angry just about in tears. These staff should be sent on customer care and people skills courses because from what I have seen they are all mannerless nasty people who really don't care about their clients safety and comfort during a difficult period which is already causing severe anxiety. There was only one nice clerk which was in this place on the day my friend had her hearing a lady with blonde hair but unfortunately wasn't my friends. the panel staff were nice enough though. The waiting area is also very hot stuffy and uncomfortable to sit in.
