I brought a hampster from here last week and they advised me all the things I would need for it, they suggested what cage I should get, food toys and other things I needed for the hampster. They were very helpful, we called them beforehand to get a base price on how much it would cost to set it up, they went around the store for us and gave us a base price on the phone. Which was very helpful. Will definitely be going their in the future for more things.

Standing outside of this shop right now. Arrived at the store at 7:59 after searching everywhere for cat food; my cat was starving. he only eats Purina sensitive cat food. I begged the entire administration to let me buy the delicate cat food. My cat couldn’t eat any other cat food as he had digestive issue. They apologised despite the fact that I was right there at 07:59. Staffs were busy chatting with each other, but didn’t bother to even look at it until I started waving and knocking the door repeatedly. Extremely unethical and unprofessional. disappointing and unprofessional behaviour of the management
Wonderful staff who are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. The shop is for the most part incredibly well stocked with both comments not required and specialist stock. I highly recommend this store for all of your pet needs.
I have purchased 2 fish tanks and many fish from Pets At Home there is a good variety of fish and all of them are in good condition. The staff are all very helpful upon arrival as they give good tips on how to take care of the fish and answer any question you may have.
Good store for all pet needs big or small just a shame you can never find a member of staff for assistance. But it's in a good location and plenty of parking and an on site Vets4pets.
Really friendly took my new puppy to get his tag and of course more toys. The staff were very helpful
I travelled to this pets at home in Oldbury for the Vip app discounts and deals. I wanted to purchase a deal and was told by the staff on the till that they weren't able to because they weren't trained to do these deal on the app and said come back the next day because the manager would be in. I came back in the next day and they said the same thing. It took me 20 minutes getting there and 20 minutes back two times and wasted my time twice. Wouldn't recommend coming here if you're using the app to purchase deals etc.

Prices a little on the high side but an amazing variety of pets stuff. Pet grooming Corner znd a vet office is also a great addition
