What a joke of a company. No communication with clients, not a care in the world. Every single time my vehicles were in for PMI for more than 24 hours even if they had no defects to rectify. Had vehicles for 4 days to 2 weeks in without a single call from them with an update. Had to call every day ans same reply, it’s not done yet but will let you know. Really hoping will not need to go there again
Customer service here is quite honestly a joke. Booked a truck in for PMI for a certain day, phoned up 2 days later to see when it could be picked up as it wasn't done on the day, told another 2 days!! I was clearly an inconvenience for the lady on the phone as well, attitude needs improving.
The reception staff are brilliant and never had any issues going here.
We had really bad experiences with PCL. I have booked in our mobile crane for a service but they kept on booking it as PMI. The receptionist told our driver that the person who booked the service was useless me!. Here are some of the evidences that we are not that stupid!!! We want you to service it not PMI it!!!
Renualt and MAN service, repairs and sales. All makes if commercial vehicles catered for.
The only MAN dealership in Thurrock that I'd use. Of course it is the only MAN dealership in Thurrock but still, beggars can't be choosers . Always been treated well by the service team and would recommend for all things HGV.
Knobby always great on night's too get us up and running again
