**Typical Apple Store Experience** – Standard selection of products on display as you'd expect. The staff provides great service , but be prepared for it to get very crowded during peak hours! ⏰
Great experience, ask for Kyra. She was so helpful and friendly and honest as well. Answered all our questions and was very patient with us as we worked through our options. Highly recommended!
Was helped by Bernice who was amazing at helping me both my new phone purchase; both choosing a colour and then the whole set up process as I was trading in my old phone & so had to transfer everything in store. Bernice was such a lovely person who made the whole experience a breeze! She was very helpful and ensured I knew of all the optional extras at purchase but didn’t try to force me into anything. She’s an asset to your store.
I visited Apple Store Bromley today to pick up my new iPhone, and while I could tell the store was busy, there were at least 20-30 staff members present. Despite this, the customer service was extremely poor. Most employees seemed indifferent and unwilling to engage with customers.nnAt one point, I saw two employees chatting in front of waiting customers, leaving us standing alone. When one of them finally acknowledged us, he rudely said, “wait there” without any further explanation.nnWhen I picked up my phone, after scanning the pickup code, they didn’t even bother verifying my identity as instructed in the confirmation email, which raises concerns about potential security issues at this location.nnI also wanted to buy a phone case, but it was impossible to find any staff willing to help. When I finally stopped one, he just told me it wasn’t his responsibility and quickly walked away. In the end, I had to scan the QR code and pay for it online because no one would assist.nnThis was easily the worst experience I’ve had at an Apple Store. Considering Apple’s reputation for great products and customer service, this was a huge letdown. I hope they improve their service and address these issues.
Today I was waiting for my Vision Pro Demo and I would like to thank Eliott for making the waiting time a nicer experience. They were very passionate and they made my day by sharing a lovely conversation with me.nAlso the demo was fantastic and it is truly something you need to experience for yourself. The store was elegant as pretty much all Apple stores are.
