If you want a bike, go here. I have bad knees and was told by Orthopaedic surgeon to get on a bike.That was 6 years ago and my knees are no longer so painful. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable that they have given a women in her 50's encouragement, enthusiasm and confidence. I have just bought a new bike and can not fault this shop. I will strongly recommend anyone wanting a bike to go here. Also did an excellent service on my old bike.
unusual experience .polite helpful .interested one phone call. visit to the shop. problem fixed. new gear cable .price very reasonable .fully recommend these knowledgeable staff who give that big extra not like the usual Halfords who exploit customers with charges which are well over the top when my daughter visited their store recently they gave her an estimate which was ridiculously high and quoted for items which did not need fixing. things have changed thankfully now we have PAVE VELO who give fantastic service
Hired two bikes for going along the Pentewan trail. Bikes were good quality and well maintained. The gentleman in the store was very friendly and helpful. Quality.
Went in for a few bits ended up with some more as the quality and prices were great : Extremely friendly and helpful staff, broad range of bikes and parts.
I have purchased 3 bikes from here and the quality is fantastic, the staff are very welcoming and very knowledgable.
Had problems with hydraulic disc brakes, they sorted it out very quickly at a good price. Very helpful and welcoming people there.
