Terrible customer care and knowledge. Phoned up in the morning and asked for a “brake lever perch”. I was told there was one on the shelf so I drove down and was presented with a brake lever. Not what I drove 18 miles for. The man who was behind the desk was rude and uninterested in my purchase. Little did he know that I was about to make a fairly substantial order with them but the attitude of this bloke told me to shop elsewhere.

Went down to this MX dealership hoping for some friendly advice. With no one else in the shop my friend and I weren't even acknowledged as the man slouched behind the till. Approached him after looking about the shop and asked him if he could please value my bike for a possible PX. He didn't even look at it and just said we don't really deal with "that stuff" and I agreed but this vehicle is a one off that I bought from a MX dealership and was custom built (over £12000 worth of machine). So understanding he wasn't interested which is for enough but mid conversation he just picked up the phone and ended the conversation. Fair play - the business must be doing very well as due to customer service skills he certainly lost out on myself and 'possibly' my friend buying a brand new bike!

I've purchased MX kit and parts from these guy many times, always very helpful and full of knowledge when it comes to MX and Enduro. A good old family run business.

At first the person I spoke to and dealt with seemed knowledgeable. And I came to an agreement on a price on a second hand bike as well as them fitting a new rear tyre. They said they would need a few days to get the bike ready for me, swapping out stale fuel ect. We came to pick the bike up and no complaints really noticed the coolant expansion tank was below minimum but hey that's something I could do. Took the bike home that day only an hour and a half drive. Rode the bike at home and it was missing and spluttering it felt terrible. Contacted them and they said bring it down we will take a look at it. Which I did. When I got down there they had their "Ex mechanic" there who thrashed the bike up and down the green out back and sliding the bike around on the tarmac ripped nobbles off the new tyre. Then sent me on my way again. With a new spark plug and a bottle of cleaner. Hour and a half later I got home. Eager to try my bike out. Still spluttering from low revs. Fed up I took the bike to my local garage who diagnosed the problem as a broken spring on the power valve and incorrect jetting. And also advised me the rear tyre was on the wrong way around. After having the bike back I could finally take the bike out to a practice day. First lap of the track and chain come off. After looking at it wandering why this happened found the one of the chain adjuster blocks had been put on the wrong way. Clearly when tyre was changed. So the wheel wasn't running straight. Sorted that the back ran great. But what a hassle buying the bike from a dealer. I'm not happy with what I got from them. Spending all that money on the bike to go straight to a garage to pay out a lot more. Very dissapointed!
