Friendly, approachable. Reasonable servicing costs. Never try to force ideas and opinions onto you. Supportive of local races and community events. Everything a local bike shop should be!

Sent in my BOS front forks in for a service. Very technical fork with top end materials. No problem for Cranked. Back within 3 days and they even picked up a missing part from the factory fit so now my forks run even smoother. Could not recommend them enough. Professional, reliable, honest, and great service...
