Even though we needed to change our order when in store because the child car seat we'd paid for wasn't suitable for our car, the whole process was quick and easy. Staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Would highly recommend.
I bought my emergency kit , Great experience. Love the cashiers service polite and friendly. He even offers a discount. Definitely will come back !
I went to the Truro branch earlier today to have a brake light bulb replaced in my XK Jaguar, the service provided was fantastic the young lady who supplied and fitted the bulb was polite and very helpful taking care of the car and keeping me informed. I took the time to express my gratitude to her manager. An excellent service, reasonable price and highly recommended.
Great staff. Very helpful. However, the store's staff used to fit wiper blades on my car for FREE. This time it was £16. I would have given 5 stars but £16 is excessive for a 3 minute job in my opinion.
Great shop but desperately needs to increase the sku they stock. It's a huge shop and isn't as useful as it could be. Mostly random camping items. Cheap car stereo. Stick on tat. Need to increase the range or bikes and accessories. Increase tools and spare parts.
