Excellent service from my branch in St Austell. The web booking was slightly confusing as I thought I’d booked a service slot but it turned out I’d just booked an assessment but after delivering the bike everything went smoothly. I got a quote for the work and was given a time frame but in the event the cost was less than expected and the bike was ready much sooner.
Awesome service today at Halfords st austell. The self search handset was not working so Hayley used her till to find the wiper blades I needed. It took seconds. Hayley was so helpful and friendly. Once home the blades fitted perfectly. 10/10 experience at Halfords.
I came in for a battery check today and I was welcomed to the store by Hayley. She was very helpful and polite. The technician John was also excellent, professional and gave great advice. I was very pleased with the honesty as at no time was I pressured to buy a replacement. Both Hayley and John are great adverts for halfords St Austell. I will use this store more often from now on.nMany Thanks.
Great customer care from Halfords St Austell. I had to buy a replacement rear wiper for my car and was struggling to find the correct one. Hayley was an absolute star and searched out the correct wiper part code for me and checked stock. Managed to get the last one. She and her team were great with my grandson too - which was nice.
A 10/10 experience. I'm always impressed by how knowledgable/helpful staff at the St Austell branch are.nExtra thanks to Hayley who's assistance above 'n beyond saved me from purchasing an incorrect item and therefore a return trip to exchange. Keep up the great work team
