Had an appointment earlier today and I such a positive experience, the receptionist was so lovely warm & friendly, and the nurse that I had seen was excellent very experienced professional and informative she made me feel at ease and listened to what I had to say. Fantastic service

I had most wonderful and caring nurse for my coil/IUD removal - her name was Beverly Lawrence. Would highly recommend, she was very gentle and caring.

Receptionist was extremely rude when I arrived. My daughter had a health visitor appointment and when I asked for her help she said they don’t have anything to do the health visitors so she can’t help

I visited the sexual health clinic here and had the smoothest experience possible. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and the nurse who saw me talked me through everything to put me at ease.

Came alone so was a bit nervous but the lady’s working up in the clinic were the most motherly people ever. So lovely, I had a reaction to the procedure because I tend to get quite faint so luckily the doctor did the procedure very quick while the other nurse was asking me questions to make me feel comfortable! I had low blood pressure so had to stay there for 4 hours after but they gave me a bed and gave me lots of biscuits and kept coming in for conversation it was a huge relief because I was really worried but these people, all of them you just can’t fault them for being so friendly and accommodating. One even gave me their own lunch!

I went last week for my implant replacement. I was quite nervous but the nurse was okay in reassuring me I saw okay as I had a better experience uo north getting it inserted 3 years ago before moving to London and she did the procedure relatively easily. I was a bit concerned on the dressing as when I finally removed the steri strips 6 days later, there's actually a blister from how tight they were, but the relocated implant has healed relatively smoothly so overall... it was okay, but in 3 years time, I am hoping I am back up north rather than still here ‍

Attended to remove an IUD and had a very positive experience. Painless and quick and the staff were really nice, especially Diana, my nurse on the day. Diana was very thorough and took the time to discuss my situation, offered me lots of info on contraception too.

2 time coming here for the implant and the staff are lovely. Beverly especially was very chatty and comforting! A much better experience than the last clinic I went to!

Had a copper IUD inserted here and couldn’t reccomend them more. Doctor offered me pain relief in the form of a gel and an local anaesthetic and the procedure was nearly painless. I had been really nervous so what a pleasant surprise!

Lovely experience. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. My nurse Lynn was so friendly, well informed, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time I was getting my arm implant replaced. Would absolutely recommend this place.
