14 months ago I had my second breast lift and augmentation, 375cc, so my new breasts are a FF/G cup. I wore the size small  macom ultimate bra from immediately after my surgery, it was so incredibly comfy but a bit tight as I was swollen round my chest, tummy, and rubbed me. After receiving online advice with Macom customer services I ordered 2 more in size medium. The ultimate bra is so comfy and supportive, I ordered 1 more. I have both clay and black Colours, and they fit really well under all tops and are well hidden under a vest top. I also bought the second stage bra, which was comfy, but I continued to wear the ultimate bra as it was the most comfy. I still wear my Macom ultimate bras for lounging and sleeping in. Love them, they’re like wearing a second skin! The customer service from Macom is 5 stars. Anytime I needed help with sizing or style of bra, after first having my surgery.  I was always really supported and advised well and very quickly, no waiting for a reply!! I cannot recommend Macom enough! Thank you Macom for sharing my surgery journey with me and always giving me the needed ‘support’ all round!

I highly recommend Macom Medical. Both their products and customer service are outstanding. Following recent breast implant exchange surgery, I bought a post-surgery signature bra. I can truly say that it has helped enormously, giving me confidence in my recovery. It is so light and comfortable and yet robust enough to hold the implants in place. I love the design too and don’t really want to stop wearing it once I have fully recovered. The team I dealt with at Macom were friendly, efficient and professional. They answered questions promptly, were available to deal with and I received the two packages with just a few days. Thankyou Macom!!

We use Macom's garments for post-op recovery, to help compress the body, help with healing and provide comfort for the patients.  They deliver their garments quickly, sometimes on the same day, which is a lifesaver at work!  As some of the patients have irregular measurements and I am unsure of which size to order, Natalia is great at advising me on what size to order.  The patients are happy with the garments and often ask me to order a duplicate so that they can have one in the wash.  They mention that the garments are comfortable and supportive.

Good quality post-surgery bras - but even better customer service! I had a faulty bra and once I contacted them with proof they sent a new bra out, quibble-free. Exactly what you need when you are getting over surgery. No fuss and super-helpful staff. Thank you so much - it was really appreciated.

Bras are really supportive and extremely well made. Arrived very quickly too! Wash and dry very quickly and maintain their shape very well! I was experiencing some issues with the fit of my bra a few weeks post operatively for sole reason and I decided to contact macom for some advice. I cannot fault the customer service at all! Nadia went above and beyond to review my photos, listen to my concerns and then suggested alternative options to me which could be posted for me to try. Thank you so much!

I had a breast augmentation in July and was given a surgical bra to wear after my surgery. The bra was fine but needed more than one bra but wasn’t sure of the best bra to buy. I’d watched lots of videos on YouTube and noticed some of the girls we’re wearing the Macom signature post surgery bra’s so I ordered one. It was so easy, I just needed my normal band size, it was a no brainer.  Let me tell you they are amazing and I have since ordered 3 more. They feel so supportive without feeling too tight or restricted and wash beautifully. I’m almost at the three month stage where I can wear a normal bra but on a day  to day and for sleeping I’ll continue to wear Macom bras.  Getting  a breast augmentation was such a big investment I feel I want to continue to look after them. Jude

Most comfortable bra ever! I have the signature bra in nude and i have got to say, it’s the most comfortable bra i have ever warn. It provides great compression/support and doesn’t dig in.  It’s easy to get on and off with the front hook and eyes and it feels amazing quality. It’s worth noting that i have sensitive skin and this doesn’t irritate me at all! :

Fantastic compression garment for post surgery, I am 5’1 and so the petite sizing  is perfect for me. I had another garment from a rival company but due to length it was far too uncomfortable. I ended up ordering a further garment so I can alternate whilst washing etc … They wash well and are great quality and discreet enough to be worn underneath clothing.

I was quite ill and immobile after my op for quite some time. I had ordered items from Macon but didn't get the chance to check if they fitted. When I did try them, nothing fitted. The body was too long in the compression garment, even in petite size, the bra too big and the abdominal board way too big and bulky. Unfortunately I was told, I was a few days out from returns window. So ultimately not a happy customer. Over £100 of unusable items due to the short returns window.

I cannot recommend Macom highly enough! I used some of their compression garments after an operation on the advice of my surgeon & I truly believe the combination of his expertise along with their quality garments was what allowed me to have such a smooth & problem free recovery. Great customer service too x
