BMW UK Douglas Park BMW Park's Motor Group Is this an acceptable standard for a BMW AUC to have been carried out to?  Travelled to collect this car SE70AVM that had been sold to us as a supposed BMW approved car. On inspection we found that the car had numerous visible safety related faults including: 1. A deep cut to the side wall of the tyre 2. A second tyre worn to excess 3. A chip in driver’s side front screen Also heavily stone chipped front end. This is not what we expected at this kind of price tag. We asked to speak to the manager to go through these issues. He was rude and arrogant, making out that we were making mountains out of mole hills. We explained that this level of service was something we’d expect from a car bought from an auction, and not a prestigious car dealership. As we asked for him to reimburse our fuel money for the wasted trip he walked away and muttered ‘No chance’. His customer facing skills were despicable. Avoid buying used cars from afar at all costs!

After having a verbal altercation with whom I can only presume would be an employee of parks, I contact led head office to be put through to numerous depdepartments I found the persons in the sales department unpleasant and very disrepctful, only to be told to put a complaint in to head office in an email absolute shambles of a complaints department will not ever use parks they're rude ignorant and their attitude is beyond helpful. Scumbags

Wife bought a car from Renault Ayr, no issue with salesperson. But can honestly say, the cleanliness of the vehicle was a disgrace! Cigarette Ash and dirty cloth/ headrest. They took it back to re- valet it, but as soon as she opened the doors to inspect it, there was still cigarette Ash in seat runners, the cloth hadn't been cleaned as they said it was faded/ stained. After telling the sales person she was not impressed and would not buy another car there, his reply was, if you can get that clean  come back and show our guys how to do it!!! Well after using a cloth and upholstery cleaner, we did clean it...all of 10 mins!! It didn't take long, its the principle of it! Having to go back and request the seats were cleaned as they should be, we also had to clean the cigarette Ash from driver seat runner, under the seat belts in back and also from under driver seat! Avoid in future. Bad service will lose customers more than anything else. The 2 stars are because she has used Park's in past and had nothing but good service! Standards have dropped...

My husband bought a car in march the engine management light on and Parks want £150 to diagnose it. He can get it diagnosed himself so they wont look at it. Warranty waste of paper and aftersales rubbish

Bought car from parks suzuki east kilbride worst thing I done in 17 years have had mobility car for that all that but 83 years now. So decided to buy car went on line say car made appointment for 2 o'clock Friday when to appointment car was sold was not told by sales person as it had gone in morning whatva waste of my time .see another car the following week got sales jim went to see it on the Friday and it was in dark workshop it looked but had chips in paint was told they would be fixed they where with wrong paint. Phone the following to cancel for personal reasons was told had to take cause it was tax .so collected  drove home 5miles on Saturday found  out had bolt in tyre  was told my fault had pay to get it fix. So fighting  them for week now so I would stay  away from parks suzuki all they want is your money.

Still waiting on a reply from parks as regards my car warranty claim  got an instant reply from black horse and land rover uk customer service pity parks of Hamilton can’t even reply to my calls or emails typical once you get car and they have your money you are forgot about.Robert Hunter!!!!!!! A disgrace

Avoid this garage. Bought a one year old car from them. I was told balance of manufacturers warranty was intact by salesman when buying the car. Recently I asked them to confirm warranty status of the car they sold me as previous owner had serviced car with non genuine parts. Now they are ignoring me. Shocking customer service.

I hope never to be involved in going to this dealer again.

Service reception staff very friendly and helpfull. Have used this garage for 5 years and had no issues with anything would highly recimmend
