Went into it with an open mind. Online valuation £725. Actual valuation £400. Justification from them for the difference was that the website defaults every online valuation to treat the car as Grade A. They then get you booked in, and play on the hope that you’ll take the money when faced with taking your unwanted car home again. Granted our car wasn’t Grade A but it’s verging on a complete scam. Add to that the fact that there was absolutely zero signage to direct you to the place and the only way we found it was by calling them and the salesman waving us down at the end of their access road. Very poor all round.
A scam company. If you have a nice wee car and want a better deal go to a main dealer. I was advised 875 online, then I completed poor condition, ex taxi, no mot etc 4 months of council taxi mot left but irrelevant here. Then online reduced to 377. When guy inspected car zero inspection really he typed in lots to his ipad and quoted £50. Told him he had just wasted my time.

Absolute P-take! My car might not have been mint, but these folk were carefully looking for every chance to reduce its value. £1000 off because of a stone chip, a mark on the paint, a small scratch & something he didn’t tell me. £5 touch up pen & it was fine. Offered £2k below market value & £1500 less than somewhere a mile away. Also reviewed on Trustpilot, but they didn’t like being criticised so reported it! Makes you wonder how many more negative reviews are blocked!!!
