Got a car from here 12 months ago. Service is great when they are dealing with a sale. However, after less than 12 months and only approx 4000 miles the new discs they put on warped and was point blank told it was a high wear item and not their problem. 4000 MILES!!!! Just cost me £260 for new discs at the first mot. Won't be using Arnold Clark again. Also the car had a coolant leak which I only discovered when the reservoir was empty a week after I got the car. Terrible !!
My car needed a USB module as it was faulty when I bought the car. It was still under warranty so I was requested to attend this branch to get it replaced. I received an email on the 10th of April confirming that I was to attend on 1st May 2024 at 9 am to get it replaced. I attended today only to be told that the part wasn't available and was on back order. I received no prior phone call or email to tell me this before I took time off work. Very poor indeed.
Got our car in October after looking for a while all seemed great but the cracks started to soon show, car is basically a death trap and we're currently trying to return the car! The car is only 8 years old! Certainly didn't pay 18k for a car that looks like it's lived in the water in that time!
Due to the covid 19 , I had a longer wait. But Hay Hoo. Life is what it is. No complaints. Arnold Clark still did what they had to do. So I still give them 5 stars . My car went through its yearly service. M O T is very soon. Thank you Arnold Clark. Good job well done.
