Traded in an used car for another used car from Audi Technik centre after looking at an online advertisement on auto trader.co.uk. The car looked good on pictures but looked even better when I visited to have a look and test drive. It was in a very good condition despite being an old car. The entire buying process was very smooth, quick and hassle free. Mr. Paul Miller, the business manager was very professional and friendly and was thorough with everything and was very honest with everything. Would highly recommend Audi Technik centre for anyone looking to buy used cars.
So pleased with my experience at Audi Technik. From first communication to picking up my car everything was explained and I was kept up to date at every step. My car drives better than ever and it was even washed and valeted! An excellent price for such skilled technicians! :D
From the first phone call to collecting my Audi SQ5 the entire team were friendly and helpful with no hard selling. They took the time to go through every aspect of the car with me to ensure I was happy with operating it, as well as going above and beyond to get the car mechanically and cosmetically sound for me. I’ll look forward to dealing with them again and would highly recommend them for sales and servicing.
Cannot express how great these guys are. I was in the market for my first car very soon after my test, and Paul and Stuart were so clear in explaining every little detail that I asked for, from the spec of the car, any prior owners, mileage, costs, finance details etc. All done with a genuinely very nice feeling and warmth, never at all felt like the hard sell. I saw a Seat Ibiza on AutoTrader, went in on the Saturday and by the next week, it’s now parked at home. Truly a phenomenal experience - even when there were issues of my own doing, it was all sorted swiftly and very professionally. Cannot recommend highly enough. Also came in for a repair, and the service was once again excellent.

Cant fault these guys , found a Audi A6 Avant on Auto Trader called up and spoke to Stuart, they gave me a good deal I got the train up to Glasgow and as described the car was perfect condition …. Spot on customer service …. Would 100% recommend

Bought a car Audi TT recently from these guys. Cannot recommend them enough. Infact if someone asks me or I think of buying an used carwhich might be the case real soon as I keep changing cars every year or so, I will only be coming here. First of all CAR runs like new, they gave 1 year warranty, 1 year MOT and made sure everything was checked and fixed for that matter before the delivery. I would like to give them more than 5 star if there was an option. Car is one thing but customer care in used car sector is almost non existent, I was so wrong because Paul's approach to everything is like nothing is too much trouble. I thought my seat belt is not correct and he straight away said come in and we will fix. I never expected good service from used car dealers but these guys a different. Totally recommend. 10/10
Best car dealership I’ve dealt with! They make you feel like you’re part of the Audi Teknik family by taking care of you every step of the way and making the process very simple and enjoyable. I bought a Volkswagen Golf GTI from them about 2 months ago and before I came across these guys I was finalising buying the same type of car from Arnold Clark but they kept messing me about…. I went back and forth to the Paisley Arnold Clark about 4 times and I live in Edinburgh so wasn’t very pleasant, so coming from that experience to Audi Teknik was like day and night. Thank you very much for the lovely car guys I can’t wait to buy the next one from yous.
I recently bought a car off of audi technik centre and all I can say is that I am blown away, not just with the car which is immaculate and stunning but with thr service I received. A massive thanks to Willie and David for the amazing work and the best customer service I have came across, and I will tell you I don't know how they done it because I was a pain of a customer on thr phone every 2 minutes asking lots of questions but they answered everything and reassured me that I would love the car and what can I say, they are totally 100% right. So, if you are considering a new car, LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Thanks again guys and I'm sure I will be back in a few years for another one! Ben
