Bought a van from them 7 months back. Had nothing but issues after issues. Almost 3 grand in repairs. Luckily the rac have covered 2 of it. But I've lost about a month's worth of work as the van has been int he garage. 2 injectors, 1 ad blue injectors, not sensor, dpf blockage to anme a few. Nice guys but van is hemeraging money.
Great service all round. I bought a 18 plate vauxhall vivaro from William and the van has been perfect. Absolutely no issues at all. I originally went to see another van but i didn't act quick enough and it got sold, fortunately the one I ended up buying was there a week later. The vans here don't hang about.
It's easy to give great reviews to companies when everything goes smoothly, however, when things go wildly wrong through no fault of T2T and they still deliver customer service to the highest level then you know it's a great company. The whole team have been a massive help in the process of purchasing my van and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! DO NOT buy a van from this company. So many faults on the one I bought. Told 8 week turn around on complaint, now in week 13. Two independent reports show wiper motor fault but T2T say no fault & refuse to fix could endanger life if it stops working while it's raining. Neither Key would open door, they broke window after telling me "any garage, worth their salt would be able to get in it". Rear door bent, won't fix DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TRADER!!!
I bought my first ever car from here in February. Was assisted by Kieran, who is an absolute credit to the place, there was no pressure, he was friendly and professional, had a great knowledge and offered great advice, perfect in terms of customer service. The turn around for getting my car was fast and efficient, 7 months later it is still driving like a dream and I am very happy to report I have had no real issues with it!
Stay away. Total con. Sold me a van with. Lots of problems. Was told it comes with a full warranty. To be told it’s not covered Only has it 2 months All I get from one of the company owners is it’s the joys of driving. Well it’s not after spending £14500 on a transit. An two months later. There is major problems. Can only see this ending. In the courts. Avoid this company at all costs I wish I did
Over the moon with my Saab; while it was a trade in to clear at the lower end of what T2T normally sell, it was accurately described, Alan and Scott were both very polite, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish, both on the phone and in person. On arrival at the premises my wife and I were offered tea or coffee and I was given ample opportunity to inspect the car before parting with my hard earned cash, with no pressure or salesmen looking over my shoulder - no hard sell was a very refreshing change! I traditionally never deal with car dealers following a bad experience a number of years ago with a large dealer network but I have to say that I would be more than happy to recommend T2T to friends.
I purchased a Honda CRV from them, having checked the mot history of the car i noticed it had failed on front shocks having been leaking, when i asked if that had been resolved he said he assumed so as the car passed its mot. 1 month later the car dumped all the hydraulic fluid from the front shocks and i was told that this was wear and tear and not covered under the warranty. However when i checked with the garage nextdoor who deal with the warranties they stated that it wasnt their garage that did the mot and that it was taken to another garage miles away for mot. Unimpressed.
In February this year, i bought a BMW 525D M-Sport 2007 At the beginning i was afraid to buy this car, because is not new and also expensive in parts. But, since this date - i didn't invest even 1£ in it. Drives and works amazing. Very nice car. Very happy! P.S. Also got 15 month warranty! Great company!
Bought a car from here a couple of months ago. Completely no pressure from the salesman. Gave us the keys and let us look round it for as long as we liked, answered any questions we had and the whole process was very quick and simple. Great finance rates as well. Will definitely check their stock in future.
