We will definitely visit this hotel again. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, a flat screen TV, a hair dryer, a comfortable bed, and in spite of the biting cold outside, nice and warm. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was first class. What more could you want. Thank you all for a lovely weekend.

Absolutely brilliant service! Had to book last minute due to a family member being rushed to hospital. Couldn't be happier with the treatment from the staff, I left in such a rush, i forgot my toothbrush. The staff were incredibly understanding and gave me a free toothbrush, lent me a lighter, and just had fantastic service all round. I'd like to thank Simon in particular who was a great help. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Scarborough

Lovely hotel. Extremely friendly staff. Good food. Bedroom overlooking park good. Bed very comfortable. Not cheap but good value

Disgusting and avoid at all cost the heating was turned off at night time the room was that cold you could see your own breath When reported to the manager in the morning I was met with a foul attitude went for breakfast at 7:30 still preparing went for sauna it was turned on went to the Jacuzzi it was cold I reported it to a gentleman who attends the pool and he gave me a full attitudeWho in their right mind to have the heating off in hotel asked for a refund got nothing but abuse of the manager
