The Helaina is absolutely perfect. Stunning views across North bay. I stayed 10 years ago and it was fantastic and this time it was even better! The staff were absolutely brilliant, really friendly and couldn't help enough. Breakfast was unbelievable. The choice was great and most of the food is locally sourced. We stayed in the new penthouse suite and we were blown away. Stunning sea views, an enormous and very comfy bed, beautiful an suite and a giant T.V. It was absolutely perfect for a relaxing break from work. So good we booked again on check out!

Absolutely a lovely place to stay. Brilliant owners nothing too much trouble. Location is good for town centre.

Fantastic !! We stay in the flats with the kids and try and come back every year. The flat is lovely, clean and comfortable and has all you need for self catering. Kids love the flat and we have always found it enjoyable and (when the kids are sleeping) very relaxing. The team here are great; freindly and very helpful. Great views of the bay and castle from the front of the flat (no3). We came here when we got engaged 24 years ago, starting in the b&b, we have seen several differant owners over this period. However, when Tom and Jill took over standards improved and it has never been as nice as it is now.

Nice hotel with beautiful sea view, breakfast was nice and staff friendly, informal honesty bar in lounge area. If booking a small double it is as described but sufficient for our needs .

We stayed in one their apartments which was fabulous. With views of the sea and lovely clifftops. Lovely bathroom and two bedrooms lovely comfy beds. Couldn't have been better looked after by Peter and Libby .smashing breakfast at the actual hotel next door. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it
