This place is closing end of August. What a shame. Its a real gem of a place and a lifeline to Crickhowell and local area. Its a pity some sort of compromise can't be reached to save this site. My sentiments are shared by hundreds of other campers.
One of the best camping sites in Wales I'm deeply saddened to hear its closing in September 2021
Friendly campsite with informal pitches some with electric hookup. Very laid back with 360 degree views. Lovely little stream runs through the site that children love to play in. Close to a network of footpaths and the canal is a short walk. Crickhowell is about a mile away, worth a visit. Sadly closing in September 2021 such a shame.
Fantastic campsite fantastic staff with all you need very reasonably priced at just £7 per person and stunning view of the Mountains
Love this place. It need to be saved and preserved. Shame its closing this year. Hope someone buys it and carries it on as it is
Large site no need to book unless you need hookup. £7 per person in 2019. Friendly owner.
So near to home but when you are here you feel so far away Fantastic place to stay in a beautiful part of wales Definitely recommend
A great place for camping with the kids
Lovely place. Friendly people, Toilets, showers, hook up if you need it. Beautiful views, lovely walks near by and 2 good pubs within 5 minutes away from camp. Definitely going back. Ooh and you can leave all your rubbish in the recycling area. Very organised.
What a find! Friendly staff and despite the last minute booking, accomodated us easily. Lovely site and views are breathtaking. Great walks from the doorstep. Great pubs on the doorstep. Will be returning soon.
