Unfortunately Pappa Johns is no good anymore ........order from another pizza company to get a good pizza The customer service is the worst I have ever come across.Surbiton branch Tariq (Jariq)the manager was so. rude to us ...we had ordered peperoni and olive pizza after eating four slices we only found one small piece of pepperoni ... He told us this was normal and offered £1.50 back and landed up putting the phone down on us. Tariq I believe you have a problem that needs to be sorted before you work with customers. Pappa Johns you really need to train your staff in a professional way PAPPA JOHNS. NO WAY....DONT ORDER

THEY ARE THE WORST YET !!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!! I order a greek pizza, when I received the pizza I noticed that some of the slices were bigger than the others, but sometimes this happens, so I did not think much of it. However, when I got the bigger slices, it was PURE dough!!!! I called Papa Johns Surbtion, and Mark answered, he did not act concern AT ALL !!! Even after the fact that I told him children are eating this pizza !!! Long story short, towards the end he lied about his name and hung up in my face. IS THIS THE TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE PAPA JOHNS TEACHES DURING TRAINING !!! I wasn't even calling to ask for a refund ... just to let them know to be careful because the raw dough is unexpectable !!!!!!

The quality of the food was terrible! This is the first review I have ever written so you can understand how disappointed I am right now! I ordered the £20 for 2 pizza, 2 sides and drink. I had one pizza and so did my colleague. I would say this pizza was below average. It wasn't cooked properly and once I took a slice, it all fell appart! I usually order from dominos or nowhere but as I have just started working in the area, I thought I'd give it a go as it's only a few doors down! Very disappointed with the quality of food. Would not have again even if it was free.
