I always enjoy Pizza Express Surbiton with my children. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and great with the kids. The food is always prepared and cooked well and a variety of drinks are available. Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Great food especially the Calabria pizza, attentive but not invasive service, quick but not rushed. Great spot for the family food kids and grown ups all like. Usually a deal too.

Found a hair on my pizza but did not have time to wait for a new one so only ate half. Pizza was not charged for by the waiter and the new manager came over to personally apologise and also cooked a new one for me and walked it to my place of work himself. If he is the new manager permanently I am very impressed. He is dressed far smarter than the old one who used to walk around in a hoodie and big gold chain around his neck.

Eaten at Pizza Express across the UK. This one is hands down the worst. The service is OK but the staff fight alot, tables aren't cleaned, the food has been awful every time and really doesn't offer value for what is served. 10 minutes up the road in Putney is another Pizza Express. Its amazing. Go there instead. Don't give this heap your money
