I use Panther regularly, and - fingers crossed! - they have never let me down, unlike the last firm I used. Prompt, great customer service, and friendly drivers.

We were very disappointed. We booked an 8 seater to take the wedding party. We asked for it to be presentable and clean and was told they would ensure it was noted, unfortunately it turned up filthy dirty not a good advert for the company, won't be using them again.

One of the worst if not the worse customer service. I have always had this issue with them. They are the worse and should really change their attitudes to answering phones or just go out of business. Today alone twice, the phone was cut mid way through the conversation, they didn’t listen to me asking questions and just hung up, and were generally rude about it throughout. Please save yourselves and us from the embarrassment and get better people to answer the calls, one of the main reasons why I prefer all the 8’s or literally ANYTHING else !!! Very dissatisfied overall

Needed a cab at 5 am from the hospital after being in A&E. Nice guy on the phone got the cab there in a few mins and driver was a top bloke defiantly recommend.
