Bought a van from Colne commercials and the service was excellent, Bill was very helpful throughout the whole process, will definitely be back.
I recently bought a truck from Colne Commercials. Experience was positive throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Reservation process was as simple as a phone call. After arranging a vehicle inspection I took a train to Marks Tey and then on to Wakes Colne & Chappel, where one of the team was parked waiting for me. I test drove it back to their garage, and satisfied with its performance completed the sale paperwork, transfer and road tax within an hour and a half. The truck had been freshly valeted and every member of the team that I interacted with was friendly, courteous and professional - a rarity in the motoring industry. Extensive stock, competitive prices, clear communication.
Bought a van from here 5 months ago, great van, exactly as described, no pushy sales techniques, just here’s the key, il leave you to it , any questions I’m in the office! Luke dealt with me start to finish. Good trade in price for my old van too! Would use again in the future!
I bought a van from Colne Commercials 18 months ago as needed a low cost reliable van. They supplied me with a 15 plate transit custom which had been well maintained and looked very tidy. Van has been great with only a couple of minor repairs required which is to be expected on an older van. They even gave me advice on how to get the best price when selling it which is great customer service.
Excellent service, Excellent team, Excellent vehicles. Very happy with the whole process from trading a van in, to purchasing a new van. We will be using this company again in the new year and would recommend using them.
I went to see a vehicle that was advertised as "coming soon" and when I got there, it was still being prepared for sale. Even though it wasn't ready, Colne Commercials let me see it and take time out of their day to speak with me at length. Bill was welcoming, accommodating and didn't push for a sale like other places I'd been to. I liked it at Colne Commercials and would go again next time I need a van.
Recently bought a 2015 Mercedes Sprinter from these guys and couldnt be happier with the service. Bill was super helpful and friendly and made us feel like valued customers. Luke was also great to deal with and got us on the road in a very short time upon our arrival to pick up the van. Really pleased with the service we received when purchasing our Ford Transit Custom. The team were all very helpful and we were even told we could take the van away the same day, really helpful for a small business when you need to get back on the road! We visit a lot of commercial vehicle dealers in our line of work and we would not hesitate to recommend Colne Commercials to anyone.
I bought a van from here nearly a year ago with full service history 100000 miles on the clock. I have had no end of problems with it. They were good at first fixing most problems but were unable to produce a service history and the clock reads 360000 miles! Obviously not a true reading but without any service history to prove this the van is worthless! All I can say is be careful if buying a van from here.
I'd been looking for a decent van for a while, came across Colne Commercials, went across to have a look, was shown a few options by Luke very relaxed, no pressure he showed me a really clean 2013 Fiat Ducato, and job done. Picked the van up, ran it around for a few days, had a few issues which were sorted straight away, then did a trip to France after 'lock-down' green light and lost fourth gear! CC took the van in, replaced the gearbox, called me to see if I wanted to put a clutch in while the gearbox was off cost of plates only the van is like new! Can't recommend CC enough, very difficult now days to find a family run, honest business. If you need a van go to Colne Commercials! Big thanks again Luke and Bill, stay safe.
