Last time using they were great. The driver was brilliant! This time less so. The phone was answered by someone that sounded like they'd just got out of bed and advised me to go to the taxi rank and just wait. Mate if I had time to wait I wouldn't be calling and a simple 'sorry I don't have an available car' would have done nicely.

30 minutes late... poor form and excuse with no courtesy call to let me know. Unprofessional and not a way to keep or get custom. I won't be using them again and I wouldn't recommend you do either.

DO NOT USE THIS TAXI COMPANY I ordered a taxi an hour in advance as it was very important i made it to colchester train station in time. I was waiting for my taxi for over 10 minutes and it still hadn't showed up so i rung AB taxis. My call went to voicemail about 3 times before someone finally answered. When they did that told me that the taxi driver couldn't see me and had tried to call me, but i didn't answer, so left. I had my phone on me and wasn't called once and had been waiting where i should have. The man on the phone said they had no more taxis so he would call the original driver to see where he was then get back to me. I waited and waited and he never did get back to me, after waiting 30 minutes i gave up and took the bus. He never did call me back. If you want to get where your going on time DO NOT use this company, i will never use them again and will recommend my friends not to either. I wish i could rate them 0 stars out of 5 they are that useless.
