I visited this shop to browse diamond rings. The staff were so very helpful. I was so happy with the service I returned a week later to buy a second ring. Just great customer service in a lovely environment. I won’t hesitate to return. Thank you!
Absolutely amazing personal experience. They held my hand through designing and building the most perfect engagement ring I could have ever imagined. I had an idea in my mind from some research but the way Levins took those ideas, improved them and then delivered the final ring was something I cannot thank them enough for. My wife to be is in love with it and it is exactly what I wanted it to be for her and me. I've gone on to use them for any jewellery I buy now. They have also provided us with perfect wedding rings.
We first became customers of Levins Fine Jewellery in August 2019 when we bought our engagement ring. We’d already visited a number of jewellers, but Levins stood head and shoulders above the others because of their range of rings – both new and vintage – product knowledge, sense of humour, helpfulness and Ian and Alex’s non-pushy approach. We went back again in July 2022 to buy our wedding rings and enjoyed another great shopping experience with Ian and Alex, ending up with two beautiful rings and a pearl necklace! Highly recommended. Super friendly staff. I pulled the clasp on my chain. They put it back into shape, free of charge. Highly recommend.
Came in today to get a quote for a ring resize, the man in store was very helpful and honest and recommended a different jeweler for us if we didn't want to be waiting a bit longer due to backlog. Absolutely love the honesty and helpfulness of the store, shows they aren't just in it for the money
I have been to Levins on a number.ber of occasions for my daughter and my partner. Both pieces of excellent quality great price and service. Sue and Ian are highly professional and took their time to educate me about the quality of the pieces eye glass included. I will always go back to them as the service and goods are second to none.... thank you guys my partner loves her necklace.
Would like to thank both the lovely people working in the shop today, they helped me remove the ring which was stuck on my finger for a good hour.. my finger had literally gone purple and without the help from the gentleman in the shop i most likely would have had to go A&E as blood circulation to my finger had basically stopped.. both workers were very professional and polite and made me feel at ease when helping remove this. I couldn’t thank them both enough and would highly recommend shopping here as they clearly put their customers needs first with care and kindness. Thank you so much
I come in this morning I checked my ring if is a real diamond they was so friendly and when I ask how much I need to pay he siad is free I will back definitely best in nottingham levins fine jewellery
The staff are amazing and patient, but most of all, they are knowledgeable about their craft. They always make the buying experience tailored to each customer. I have bought my second pair of earrings from them today, and I am floating in the clouds. The quality of their pieces are top-level and you always get what you pay for. : I have also had my grandma's pearl jewellery cleaned and re-set as part of their services, and I couldn't be happier as it looks brand new. Although coming here means my bank account will have to wiggle a bit, the pieces are worth it and are investments! :
I visited Levins on Saturday 26th March to have an alteration made on a bracelet. I found them extremely helpful, friendly and professional. There was no charge and I will definitely return to the shop for jewellery or repairs.
