Brilliant service. Very fast and efficient. Great team at the victoria centre, nottingham branch. I had my dad's wedding ring increased by three sizes. I am very pleased with the outcome and pricing. Went into looking to purchase a Seiko Prospex Speed timer in the panda colour otherwise known online as a 'Seitona'. Beaverbrooks being one of only to have almost all colour options available to try in store. Staff are fantastic, knowledgable on everything I asked and discussed with them. Can't fault them at all and look forward to going in to make my next purchase with them.
It was a pleasure to have been looked after by very supportive and pleasant staff happy to help with all our enquiries and purchases. Nial and Melissa were brilliant. Thanks for the drinks and humour made the whole experience worth it, hope to return for possible further items
I was walking past the shop, noticed they had a Tissot PRX in and asked to try one on. I was served by Adam who was excellent; enthusiastic, helpful and knowledgeable - a credit to the store. We spoke briefly about the watch in question and I was presented with two colour variants - the green dial is particularly stunning. Fantastic service, would recommend.
Gina, Hannah and Joanna are amazing. They have made all my birthdays and Christmases extra special by providing a quality service to my fiancé when he has visited their Nottingham store. Top customer service always friendly
