Carolyn Codd Jewellery was an unexpected gem (pun intended) of a find. Their service is first class. All the lovely people who work there are exceptionally knowledgeable and talking through what we wanted was a joy. We came away with rings not only designed by us but also beautifully hand crafted by Carolyn Codd in Nottingham. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I've been a customer of Carolyn Codd's for many, many years. I always find something wonderful to give for birthdays and Christmas shopping... Recently, I had a necklace made for myself and the service was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. I even had a tour of the workshop so I could see exactly where my beautiful necklace had been made. I'm already planning my next piece which will be a ring to compliment my unique necklace!

A fantastic team who can turn your wishes to a reality. Eleven years on and my specially made engagement/wedding ring has many admirers and still looks like new. Always ready to help we're now working on a special birthday gift. They are professional, give great service and provide quality items that you'll love forever!

Ordered small item of jewellery on tuesday 19th December , wearing a cap, returned thursday to pick up order, would'nt serve me because i was wearing same cap ! Apparently being a 60yr old law abiding respectfull citizen makes me a security risk, happy xmas anyways !

I am very happy with my purchase and the service. The overall experience was excellent the staff were friendly, patient, very helpful and had good communication. I would highly recommend Carolyn Codd to friends and family.
